Overview:

The Business Partner Manager (BPM) will act as the first point of contact for EarlySense partners for all sales, support, clinical, technical, and marketing activities. This position will be responsible for coordinating all partner-related activities; including efforts between sales teams, support of clinical implementation, basic troubleshooting, and EarlySense and business partner marketing efforts. This role may include working with the team to achieve specific revenue targets as agreed upon by EarlySense and the business partners. This is a home-office based position with ability to travel (up to 50% of the time) to work with business partners, customers, and EarlySense team members. This role reports to the Product Marketing Manager with close collaboration with team members throughout the EarlySense organization.

  • Manage partner relationship at all levels including territory managers, sales leadership, clinical management, marketing teams, and executive leadership
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge on EarlySense system and integration into business partner products

  • Support business partner sales efforts by assisting in sales presentations, answering pre-call questions, and other sales efforts
  • Support installation and training processes with business partner clinical teams

Title: Quality Engineer

Reports to: Director of Quality and Regulatory Compliance

Job Location: Woburn, MA

 

Job Summary

The Field Quality Engineer will serve as a link between QA and field, to support product and process enhancement.

Main responsibilites will include evaluation, testing, calibration, maintenance and repair of returned product and parts; support QA in identifying failure mode of field failures and proposing a corrective solution to the manufacturer to minimize reoccurrence; support troubleshooting technical field issues, software upgrades, and on-installation challenges; providing QA with continuous quality process improvements through all departments.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide product support on-site or troubleshooting via telephone.
  • Perform technical evaluation and repair of returned malfunctioned products and parts.
  • Ensure calibration processes within 21 CFR Part 820.
  • Assist QA lead in reviewing quarterly field data to identify possible areas for improvement. Provide Manufacturer with necessary analysis to progress product enhancement and maintenance process improvement.
  • Support QA in leading MRB (Material Review Board) process.
  • Assist in on-site system software and hardware upgrades.
  • Work with members of the Support Services team to identify field challenges and provide corrective actions.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and report system malfunctions to Company Headquarters and provide relevant solutions.
  • Support Biomed staff within installed sites on basic troubleshooting skills, work with customers’ staff (Hospitals and other healthcare facilities) and other third parties in order to facilitate proper maintenance of EarlySense systems.
  • Support QA with ongoing product and process improvement by utilizing an internal audit process.
  • Ability to travel (up to 40%).

 

Required Skills

  • Skilled in Quality Engineering applicable to the Medical Device industry standards.
  • Comfortable working with hardware and software products, including evaluation, identifying failure cause, performing repairs, testing, upgrades, and checking proper function according to documented procedures.
  • Ability to learn EarlySense products and regulated established process.
  • Demonstrated ability as a self-starting, self-directed individual.
  • Must have experience with layout and precision inspection techniques and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Must be proficient in using common software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
  • SAP experience- a plus.
  • Ability to work as part of a growing team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Education Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a technical discipline (i.e., engineering, computer science, quality assurance) with 5 years of Quality Engineering experience and at least 5 years working in an FDA regulated environment.
  • Current ASQ CQA or CQE certification is desirable.
  • Understanding the basics of international and US MedDev compliance.
  • Knowledge in Quality Systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, etc.), Lean Process, Process Control, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).

Position Location: Chicago / Dallas (Central)

 

Job Summary:
To provide pre and post-sales technical support to Customers, Partners, and EarlySense, Inc. employees. Activities will be primarily localized to the Central Region of the United States, however the Field Service Engineer will be called upon to assist with Customers and Partner activities throughout the United States.

 

 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device industry, particularly with a patient monitoring, clinical data management system, or similar System type of product platform. Prior technical experience is a must, in a field support role, technical or applications in nature. Prior experience providing clinical support and/or training for medical devices is desirable.
  • Supporting the installation, upgrade of Hardware and Software, maintenance and additional support service on-site.
  • Reporting of system malfunctions to Company Headquarters and providing relevant solutions.
  • Responding to on-call support requests in order to ensure maximum and smooth operation of EarlySense systems and minimize customer down time.
  • Collaborating with Support Services, Sales, Project Management and other EarlySense employees in order to provide required technical support; performing installation planning and execution as well as communication with existing and potential client IT and Biomedical Engineering staff.
  • Training Biomed staff within installed sites on basic troubleshooting skills, working with hospital staff, and other third parties in order to facilitate proper maintenance of EarlySense systems.
  • Ability to travel (at times up to 50%).

Job Summary

The Clinical Educator will be responsible for clinical training and implementation of the EarlySense System in customer locations as well as the ongoing activities required to maintain system functionality.

This is a per-diem role.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide product, clinical and technical training to customers and users.
  • Lead Go Live efforts including hands-on support for clinical staff and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with sites to collect outcome data and case studies, and develop clinical initiatives to promote the overall use of the EarlySense System.
  • Perform continuous hands-on training sessions and work with Customers’ teams to leverage usage of the EarlySense system.
  • Support the installation, maintenance and additional support services on-site.
  • Provide basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Support Services, Sales, Project Management and other EarlySense employees in order to provide required clinical support.

 

Position Requirements

Working closely with the VP of International Sales and Marketing, the Director of Sales and Business Development will develop and lead many of the efforts and activities related to utilizing EarlySense technology in the home, nursing homes and hospital markets in the International region. This position is expected to focus on partnering with a variety of third parties to leverage the market opportunities, including maintaining and progressing existing processes with third parties as well as establishing new ones.

The Director of BD is also expected to work with potential partners to understand, define and document the business opportunities as well as provide a vision for future products.

  • Identify and build potential partnerships with relevant third party companies/ hospitals/nursing homes
  • Maintain existing and future relationships with third party partner companies
