Reports to: Senior Territory Manager

Position Location: Indianapolis; San Francisco Bay Area

 

The Position:

EarlySense’s Sales Associates are responsible for creating opportunities and driving sales in the Healthcare Alternate Care environments in their assigned territories. This will be done by identifying relevant facilities in the assigned territory, introducing EarlySense’s solutions to these facilities and driving the sales process in the facility. The Sales Associate is responsible for analyzing specific customer needs and determining the proper solution for the customer’s potential problems or challenges. The Sales Associate will be working closely with the Senior Territory Manager in the assigned region, as well as with other company resources, such as Technical Services, Product and Clinical Applications, Project Management and others to ensure that customer needs are met. The Sales Associate is a revenue generation position, responsible for driving revenues for EarlySense Inc.

 

 

Position Requirements:

  • Two or more years documented success of B2B sales experience.
  • Acute awareness of how to add value to customers, by asking good questions in an effort to understand the true customer needs, and then being able to position solutions that will assist the customers to meet their objectives.
  • Technical aptitude and an ability to learn and fully understand the company’s products.
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Ability to travel extensively: expected travel of 80-90%.

 

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed the given annual sales quota established each year for the assigned territory.
  • Actively pursue new business and develop new accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Research, learn and thoroughly understand the Alternate Care environment, its specific needs and characteristics, and how EarlySense solutions can best address them.
  • Work closely with prospective customers to develop a plan that will show the desired clinical outcomes and result in revenue generation.

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with existing customers. Build those customers into Reference Sites that can be used by others within the Company.

  • Understand the market dynamics in the assigned geography and target markets, and make recommendations to management about potential adjustments.
  • Maintain adequate sales metrics to include:
    • Qualified Pipeline values that are at least 10 times the annual sales volume expectations.
    • Maintain and keep SalesForce.com current and use on an ongoing basis as a tool to manage over business area.
    • Work with internal resources to generate customer quotes and proposals.
    • Work with other internal resources to plan customer deliveries, installation, training and go live activities.
    • Participate in the above activities as required.
    • Spend appropriate amount of time in customer locations to build high quality Pipeline and to meet stated order intake goals.

Position Location:  Memphis, Tennessee;

 

The Position:

EarlySense’s Sales Managers are responsible for driving sales in their assigned territories, through direct efforts as well as working with sales channel partners. The Sales Manager is responsible for analyzing specific customer needs and determining the proper solution for the customer’s potential problems or challenges. In addition to direct sales efforts, the Sales Manager will also work collaboratively with additional Channel Sales Partners, and support their efforts in order to increase the foot print in the territory. In addition, the Sales Manager will work with other company resources, such as Project Management, Technical Services, Product and Clinical Applications and others to ensure that customer needs are met. The Sales Manager is a business and revenue generation position, responsible for driving revenues for EarlySense Inc. from the customers that they work with, both in Hospitals and Alternate Care Facilities.

 

Position Requirements:

  • 7-10 years overall sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in System Sales (such as selling Patient Monitoring Systems, EMR Systems, or other products which are a part of an overall larger system). The ideal areas of industry where this experience was obtained will be in the areas of patient monitoring, EMR, resuscitation, ventilation, anesthesia and/or other products used within acute care and long-term care facilities.
  • Proven results selling in the Medical Device field, and proven success in a complex sales process.
  • Acute awareness of how to add value to customers as an individual, by positioning solutions, asking good questions in an effort to understand the true customer needs, and then being able to offer a solution to assist customers meet their objectives.
  • Experience working in an environment where Sales Partners have been used is a plus.

Reports to: Field Support Services Supervisor

Position Location: Chicago / Dallas (Central)

 

Job Summary:
To provide pre and post-sales technical support to Customers, Partners, and EarlySense, Inc. employees. Activities will be primarily localized to the Central Region of the United States, however the Field Service Engineer will be called upon to assist with Customers and Partner activities throughout the United States.

 

 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device industry, particularly with a patient monitoring, clinical data management system, or similar System type of product platform. Prior technical experience is a must, in a field support role, technical or applications in nature. Prior experience providing clinical support and/or training for medical devices is desirable.
  • Supporting the installation, upgrade of Hardware and Software, maintenance and additional support service on-site.
  • Reporting of system malfunctions to Company Headquarters and providing relevant solutions.
  • Responding to on-call support requests in order to ensure maximum and smooth operation of EarlySense systems and minimize customer down time.
  • Collaborating with Support Services, Sales, Project Management and other EarlySense employees in order to provide required technical support; performing installation planning and execution as well as communication with existing and potential client IT and Biomedical Engineering staff.
  • Training Biomed staff within installed sites on basic troubleshooting skills, working with hospital staff, and other third parties in order to facilitate proper maintenance of EarlySense systems.
  • Ability to travel (at times up to 50%).

 

 

Required Skills:

  • Ability to learn EarlySense products and their application to monitor continuous vital signs, and motion detection for general care patients.
  • Comfort in working with hardware and software products, including performing upgrades to both, and checking proper function according to documented procedures.

Reports to: Field Support Services Supervisor

Position Location: Chicago area; Columbus, OH area; Los-Angeles metro area

 
The Position:

The Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for assisting with the Clinical Implementation processes of EarlySense’s product at healthcare facilities. This will include clinical implementation planning with customers and with EarlySense Sales Professionals, supporting EarlySense customers during Go-Live and on-going Implementation processes, advanced user training, development of a clinical outcome plan, clinical data analysis, and more.

This position will focus on consultation and training customers in the utilization of EarlySense products and services to achieve desired outcomes.  These activities will be held in customer locations, and occasional travel to the Company’s headquarter offices will be required as well.

 
Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Experience working as a floor nurse
  • Previous experience in business, preferably in the medical device markets- a plus.
  • Ability to work with a variety of healthcare environments, including but not limited to hospitals, rehab facilities, long term care facilities, and more.
  • Proven ability to effectively train others as well as present to large diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to teach others how to use technology.

Primary Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Scientist and working closely with our algorithm (signal processing) team, the Data Scientist will be responsible to build, maintain, and research our medical and consumer databases. Responsibilities will include taking raw research ideas and reaching conclusions and inferring insights from continuous medical streams of information.

 

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in similar role.
  • M.Sc. or higher in computer science or exact sciences.
  • Statistics theory background or Machine learning experience.
  • Experience with various techniques e.g. random forest, gradient boosting, and neural networks.

Reports to: Technical Support (TS) Manager

Division: Technical Support

The Technical support Engineer will report directly to the TS Manager and will act as the technical focal point for clients distributors, support  global installations (from remote or on site if required), trouble shooting and technical escalations, working close with internal interfaces such as R&D, product management, marketing and QA departments.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as an escalation point and technical focal point for operational and support issues, providing last tier support for field engineers, distributors, and support engineers.
  • Responsible for all technical aspects of planning and executing a system installation.
  • Provide technical training to distributors and direct clients globally.
  • Manage service calls and customer disputes until a solution is provided.
  • Responsible for the technical documentation including training plan and training execution.
  • Contact point for integration with 3rd Parties.
  • Compile the service calls trends and statistics.
  • Work collaboratively with other technical teams to resolve complex production issues under tight time constraints.

 

 

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a technical support/field engineer/ integration positions on site with direct and global clients in a medical company
  • Experience or in-depth knowledge of IT,  System, wired/wireless networking, PC configuration
  • Experience in integration or installation of complex systems
  • Fluent in English: verbal and written
  • Experienced with global support and training – remote and on site, good presentation skills.
