Title: Customer Service Representative (Field Position)

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will provide day-to-day support at Company’s customer sites and ensure uninterrupted operation of the Company’s products at Customer Sites. The Customer Service Representative will visit the Company’s customer sites (healthcare facilities) within their assigned region, ensure that everything is working as expected and address any questions or concerns by the users. Title: Regional Support Services Manager, North East

Reports to: Field Technical Manager

Job Location: US – North East

 

Job Summary

As the Regional Support Services Manager, North East, you will be responsible for building and overseeing a team of Implementation Specialists, Field Service Engineers and clinical resources. This role will include responsibility for all aspects of the implementation process at Customer sites from the point of purchase order and onwards. The primary role of this position is to ensure overall customer satisfaction amongst all EarlySense customers located in the North East. This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure successful implementation, product usage, customer retention and expansion.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Building, managing, and ensuring success of a team of Implementation Specialists, Field Service Engineers and Clinicians in the North East.
  • Coordinating the North East’s Implementation teams’ activities and projects, allocating resources, coordinating timelines and providing support to the team as needed.
  • Planning and executing new (or existing) customer implementation projects, overseeing the technical and clinical implementation processes, providing technical and product applications support as needed, overseeing PM activities – all to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Job Summary

 

The Field Quality Engineer will serve as a link between QA and field, to support product and process enhancement.

 

Main responsibilites will supporting QA in identifying failure mode of field failures and proposing a corrective solution to the manufacturer to minimize reoccurrence; support troubleshooting of technical field issues, software upgrades, and on-installation challenges; evaluation and testing of returned products and parts as needed; providing QA with continuous quality process improvements through all departments.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist QA lead in reviewing quarterly field data to identify possible areas for improvement.
  • Provide Manufacturer with necessary analysis to progress product enhancement and maintenance process improvement.
  • Support QA in customer complaints evaluation and MRB (Material Review Board) process.
  • Review and approve repaired product and parts, insure that RMA process is within CFR requirements.
  • Work with members of the Support Services team to identify field challenges and provide corrective actions.

  • Providing support services on-site and remotely within assigned region.

Job Summary

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the technical product implementation of EarlySense products and solutions within Customer sites. The Implementation Specialist’s role is to ensure the installation, reliability, stability and smooth operation of the EarlySense system within customer sites. The Implementation Specialist will apply proven communication skills, clinical/technical training abilities, and problem-solving skills to help identify and resolve all EarlySense system matters. Activities will be performed within an assigned region, however travel to support activities within the US may be required.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead new customer implementation projects, preform technical implementation, technical troubleshooting, and product applications support as needed.
  • Lead the technical and clinical customer Site Surveys for assigned customer projects: Technical Site Surveys will include communication of EarlySense System requirements, testing of sites’ existing technical and environmental parameters and definition of next steps to occur in order to ensure site readiness. Clinical Site Surveys will include explanation of the diffident product features and offerings to the Clinical stake holders, understanding of their needs and expectations and definition of desired system configuration based on those.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the EarlySense System, both from a technical perspective and a product use case perspective. Use that knowledge to troubleshoot questions from customers, identify issues, and provide solutions.

Job Summary

To provide pre- and post-sales clinical support to Customers, Partners, and EarlySense Inc. employees. This position will primarily focus on training and ensuring optimal utilization of EarlySense’s products. The Clinical Educator will be responsible for clinical training and implementation of the EarlySense System in customer locations as well as the ongoing activities required to maintain system functionality.

This is a per-diem role.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide product, clinical and technical training to customers and users.
  • Lead Go Live efforts including hands-on support for clinical staff and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with sites to collect outcome data and case studies, and develop clinical initiatives to promote the overall use of the EarlySense System.
  • Perform continuous hands-on training sessions and work with Customers’ teams to leverage usage of the EarlySense system.
  • Support the installation, maintenance and additional support services on-site.

The Technical support Engineer will report directly to the TS Manager and will act as the technical focal point for clients distributors, support  global installations (from remote or on site if required), trouble shooting and technical escalations, working close with internal interfaces such as R&D, product management, marketing and QA departments.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as an escalation point and technical focal point for operational and support issues, providing last tier support for field engineers, distributors, and support engineers.

The Product Specialist and Clinical Implementation Representative is the focal point for the, distributors, customers (Clinical staff in the hospitals and long term care facilities – mainly nurses) and sales functions for all clinical aspects of the medical product on the site, before, during and after implementation.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Planning and performing the clinical training, on-going clinical support and follow up meetings.
  • Providing clinical Sales Support for pre-sale activities (for example, demos).
  • Pro-active collection of case studies and other clinical data including occasional patient chart reviews.
  • Understanding the EarlySense system and its clinical benefits, handling minor technical operating of the system, anticipating nurses’ difficulties when using the system, etc.
  • “Hands On” demonstration – presenting the system to the clinical team that operates it.
  • Supporting installation and implementation activities (about 10 consecutive days at each site), as well as on-going support activities, including periodic local and global site visits.
  • Writing training materials including user manuals, procedures, quick guides and clinical summary reports.
  • Position requires extensive traveling and while on site may include working night hours and weekends.

 

 

Position Requirements:

  • Education background in RN, B.Sc. biology/ biomedical engineering or a related discipline
  • Highly proficient in English – written and verbal.
  • 2+ years in a customer support, sales or training position in a medical environment or a minimum of 2 years in a clinical position/ hospital environment.
  • Experience with international travels to customer sites or to distributors – an advantage.
  • Experience in training clinical teams – an advantage.
  • Experience in implementation of new technology or change management – an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good technical understanding and approach and high analytic and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel and basic data analysis capabilities.
  • Flexibility to travel abroad for periods of 1-2 weeks.

Working closely with the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager will serve as business leader for the company’s medical products throughout the product’s lifecycle

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for product roadmap, working close with management, sales & marketing and R&D teams to define a product roadmap based on the company’s strategy.
  • Complete product lifecycle management, define and oversee the implementation of product features, manage the execution of product tasks across all relevant departments, work with Marketing and R&D on new product launch, etc.
  • Lead cross functional teams to govern product strategy and to achieve objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and partners. Collect input and feedback from customers, sales, support teams and focus groups to understand customer
  • needs and translate those needs into actionable requirements.
  • Actively pulse industry to understand the competitive environment and anticipates market trends and demands.
  • Develop and present business proposals for product / portfolio strategic initiatives.
  • Lead field tests in Beta sites for product prototypes.

 

 

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Medical Device or healthcare industry, in a global environment, including experience in Global product launch
  • Biomedical/ Engineering degree is a must; MBA preferred
  • Highly proficient in English – written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, highly experienced and capable of working closely with internal and external partners
  • Team player with excellent communications and presentation skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Solid experience with complex system products and technology
  • Business oriented with high analytic skills and an innovative mindset with an  ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Excellent creative and technical writing, editing and coordination skills
