If you are not entirely satisﬁed with you purchase- we are here to assist.
You have 60 calendar days to return your purchase from the date you have received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be returned in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card – You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EarlySense® Live™ + SmartShare™ Subscription:
You may cancel your subscription service for the app by emailing our Customer Support team at Csdigitalfirstname.lastname@example.org
If you return your EarlySense® Live™ Health Monitor during its guarantee timeframe, your app subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged anything further.
