Product Application Specialist

Title: Product Application Specialist

EarlySense’s Product Applications Specialist is responsible for providing pre-and post-sales product and clinical support to Customers, Partners, and EarlySense Inc. employees. This position will primarily focus on training and ensuring optimal utilization of EarlySense’s products. The Product Applications Specialist will be responsible for clinical implementation of the EarlySense System in customer locations as well as the ongoing activities required to maintain system functionality and high utilization of EarlySense’s solutions. Activities will be primarily localized to the South or Central Region of the United States; however, the Product Application Specialist will be called upon to assist with Customers and Partner activities throughout the United States.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide product, clinical and technical training to customers and users.
  • Perform continuous hands-on training sessions and work with Customers’ teams to leverage usage of the EarlySense system.
  • Support the installation, product launch, maintenance and additional support services on-site.
  • Collaborate with sites to collect outcome data, case studies, and develop clinical initiatives to promote the overall use of the EarlySense System.
  • Share EarlySense’s best practices with the account and remain engaged to ensure complete site satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other members of the Support Services team in order to provide required clinical support; perform implementation training planning and execution as well as communicate with existing and potential client clinical and administrative staff.

 

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device industry or direct employment within a healthcare facility, particularly with a patient monitoring, clinical data management system, or similar system type of product platform.
  • Prior experience providing clinical support and/or training for medical devices is desirable.
  • Technical background and ability to troubleshoot technical issues is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel (at times up to 50%).

 

Required Skills

  • Ability to learn EarlySense products and their application to monitor continuous vital signs and motion detection for general care patients.
  • Professionally and effectively deliver training to clinical healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Account Manager

Title: Technical Account Manager

Division: Technical Support

Position Location: Ramat Gan, Israel

 

The Technical Account Manager will report directly to the Director of Technical services and will act as the technical focal point for clients, distributors and support  global installations (from remote or on site if required), trouble shooting and technical escalations, working close with internal interfaces such as R&D, product management, marketing and QA departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as an escalation point and technical focal point for operational and support issues, providing last tier support for field engineers, distributors, and support engineers.
  • Responsible for all technical aspects of planning and executing a system installation.
  • Provide technical training to distributors and direct clients globally.
  • Manage service calls and customer disputes until a solution is provided.
  • Responsible for the technical documentation including training plan and training execution.
  • Contact point for integration with 3rd
  • Compile the service calls trends and statistics.
  • Work collaboratively with other technical teams to resolve complex production issues under tight time constraints.
  • Occasional 24/7 on-calls are required

Position Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years in at least one of the following: technical support/field engineer.
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux OS, Windows OS, System and networking.
  • Experience in integration or installation of complex systems.
  • Experienced with global support and training – remote and on site, good presentation skills. An advantage for experience with medical products.
  • Experience with cloud servers and architecture – an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline – advantage
  • Extensive experience in implementing products and troubleshooting in client environment.
  • Team-oriented, as well as able to operate highly independently.
  • Driving license
  • Programing background OR scripting – an advantage
  • Fluent in English: verbal and written
  • Availability to travel abroad is required (around once every 1.5-2 months)
