Mr. Halperin is a veteran high tech executive. He has served in several senior management positions including CEO of Emmunet, VP Marketing at Radcom (NASDAQ: RDCM), and VP of Business Development at Lenslet.
He also worked as the R&D Manager at Eldat and was the Department Head of an R&D Unit in the IDF Intelligence Corps, where he participated in the Talpiot Project.
Mr. Halperin earned a M.Sc. in Applied Physics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan Fellows Executive MBA Program.
Mr. O’Malley has more than 25 years of direct relevant experience in the medical technology industry. Throughout his career, Mr. O’Malley has led teams to commercial success in providing real value to patients and clinicians.
Prior to joining EarlySense Inc., he served as the Vice President of the US Hospital Division at ZOLL Medical, a position he held since 2007. Under Mr. O’Malley’s leadership, this division substantially increased its market share in US hospitals and generated significant sales growth.
Prior to ZOLL, he was President and CEO of Medwave, Inc., a small cap public company that developed, marketed and sold advanced sensor based blood pressure monitoring products. Mr. O’Malley also spent 16 years at Siemens where he reached the position of Vice President and Division Manager for the Electro Medical Division in North America.
Mr. O’Malley holds an AAS Degree in Bio Medical Engineering and completed his undergraduate studies in Business Management and Marketing from DePaul University in Chicago.
Ms. Scialom has more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Her career includes acting as the CEO of Pollogen Ltd. and turning it into a profitable enterprise by doubling its sales.
Formerly, Ms. Scialom served as the VP of Sales & Marketing at UltraShape Ltd., where she drove sales from $0 to ~$50MM in under 3 years. Prior to UltraShape Ltd., Ms. Scialom acted as the General Manager of Sunlight Medical Europe and established the company as a market leader in Europe. Ms. Scialom has proven success in launching new technologies, creating new markets, leading business development and top line sales growth.
Ms. Scialom holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University.
Dr. Liat Tsoref is a seasoned executive. Her experience involves executive management responsibility for both business and development. Dr. Tsoref Co-Founded and served as the CEO of Slender Medical Ltd., a developer of innovative, high intensity focused ultrasound technology for non-invasive dermatologic and aesthetic indications for professional and for consumer use.
She also served as Vice President of Research and Development at Sunlight Medical.
Dr. Tsoref holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Tel Aviv University and is author of over 50 articles and scientific papers and an inventor of more than 25 patents and patent applications.
Mr. Gal has more than 25 years of experience in several CFO and executive management positions from startup to public companies in various fields, including Memco Software (NASDAQ: MEMC) Bogen communication (NASDAQ: Bogn) and Aryt (NASDAQ: ARYT and TASE)
Mr. Gal is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Ben-Gurion University.
Mr. Cohn has held various senior operation and development positions. Prior to joining EarlySense, Mr. Cohn served as the VP of Operations at MainNet Communications.
He also served as the Operations Director at UltraShape Ltd. and as the VP of Operations & Engineering at Sunlight Medical Ltd, where he had earlier served as the Director of Development & Engineering. Mr. Cohn was also a Project Manager at Mashik, an Israeli Industrial Engineering and Management Consultant Company.
Mr. Cohn holds an MBA. in Finance from Bar Ilan University and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University.
Guy has more than 10 years of experience in several positions in the medical industry as well as in the Defense Industry. He has a B.SC degree in Computers engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from the Tel Aviv University. Guy led multidisciplinary R&D teams focused on signal processing solutions and sensors on a variety of platforms. Among other positions he served as the leader of large scale integration projects in Rafael, Director of Development in Nexense, and Head of Logic Design Team in Paratec.
Guy is the author of several issued and pending patents.
Ms. Argaman has served in a variety of senior management positions in the medical device field. She also has vital experience in running international clinical trials in US, Europe and Japan and vast experience in submission and obtaining regulatory approvals, including FDA/ PMA and 510k Applications for Class ll and lll devices, CE and JPAL (Shonin) approvals.
Prior to joining EarlySense, Ms. Argaman served as the Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at Glucon Medical, developer of non-invasive glucose monitoring device as well as various other companies developing medical, therapeutic, and diagnostic and/or IVD devices.
She holds a M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from Tel Aviv University.
Ms. Ritte joined the company close to its inception and took a major part in building the operation and team. Over the years she has been involved in various processes including administration, operations, clinical trials and support, along with building and leading all HR processes in the company. She currently serves as EarlySense’s VP of Human Resources.
Ms. Ritte successfully completed a professional Welfare Officer Course at the Israeli Defense Force and served as a Welfare Officer at the IDF’s Freight Unit.
Ms. Ritte holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University.
